Your Account Explained
Your Account Explained
You will find a summary of your account displayed on the left of the pages when you are logged in.
This contains total cashback earned to date, how much of that is:
Pending (Pending means your purchase has tracked and is waiting for the retailer to confirm payment)
Cleared (cleared means payment has been made by the retailer, and is ready to be claimed when you reach your payout level)
Reversed (Means the retailer has declined payment - Usually due to the sale not completing, cancellation or declined credit card payment)
Claimed (Claimed means the amount you have asked to be paid from your account )
Donated (donated is the amount you have chosen to donate to one of the registered Charities/Good Causes)
Manage My Account (This is a link into more detailed account information, including your click history, your friend list, payments and loyalty points)
Use the Manage My Account link to enter you detailed accounts, you will find the Control Panel menu can be found on the left of your page, and gives you access to:
My Details: Here you can view and edit your details including your name and address, your payment method, bank details if you have chosen to be paid via BACS payment, you can also change your password here.
My Account: Here you can view individual payments, the transaction date,cashback date, name of the retailer, the amount and the status of the payment. You can also see details of any reversals, donations and claims on this page. A link to Claim your cashback will appear on this page once you have reached your payout level, you will be offered the choice to make donations to charity and to Gift Aid your donation during this process.
My Loyalty Points: Here you can keep track of your Loyalty Points . You will see details of points awarded and why, points you have donated and to whom, and points you have cashed and how much you received.
My Friends: Here you can invite friends to join the site (for this you will receive a bonus) using the form at the bottom of the page, there is also a list of your friends you have already invited, detailing the the status of your friends invite and the amount of bonus you will receive when you friend reaches their threshold.
Click History: This is purely a history of each retailer you have visited through this site. Should you make a purchase that hasnt tracked within the 32 days allowed for tracking, you will find a "Help" link appear at the end of your click details, this will automatically fill in the click details into a support ticket for you, you will need to add purchase details and your comments about the purchase before sending the support ticket.
Admin Messages: The admin has the ability to send individual members a personal message that will appear only to them when they next visit the site. This section will contain a history of any such messages sent so you can refer back to them.
