Self explanatory really, use this button to sign the Toolbar into or out of your account

This allows you to search using all the top 3 search engines, Google, Yahoo and MSN as well as allowing you to search the Cashback Rewards website.

Just Added to the Search Box, Last place Price Comparison, compare prices details and read reviews and store ratings

To set your preferred search engine, use the drop-down menu on the right hand side of the box, and click the search engine of your choice.

We can add more search engines to this list so if you would like to see one not included please let us know

This is a nice tool for helping you find the words you have just searched for on your results page.

Just click the Highlighter button and it will highlight your search term where ever it appears throughout the web page

This is a useful but at the moment limited tool,

Use this on a web page with a single textbox, wrong spellings will be highlighted
Click on the highlighted word for alternative spellings.

The new version of this tool will be released soon, when it is we will update our server with the new version, the usefulness of the tool will increase no end as it will then support multiple textboxes on a page and also text fields.

You will not have to upgrade your toolbar when this happens, as the new version will be called automatically by the toolbar when you use it.

used to autofill web forms

When you visit a web page that autofill can be used on, the text fields that can be used will highlight in yellow. Clicking the autofill button will fill these fields with the information you have configured it with EG. your address, delivery address, email, phone number etc.

This is a measure of the importance placed on the web page you are viewing by Google

Scores run from 1 out of 10, to 10 out of 10, though these are highly regarded throughout the Internet please be aware that a new site can be just as good or better than an old site but hasn't had time to build a Google page rank yet so could score low on this scale.

This will also give you an indication that you are on a secure page by displaying a padlock next to the PR ranking ( this indicates that the page is using the https URL and not that it is fully secure).

This is a very useful tool indeed, as you surf the Internet this will show you if the site you are on can earn you cashback through Cashback Rewards.

It does this by checking to see if the site you are on is an active retailer in our database (no information about the pages you visit is recorded)

If it is, the "No Cashback Available" button turns green and the text changes to "Cashback Available".

If you then click this button, the toolbar will take you through Cashback Rewards logging a transaction and return you to the site you started from, so that if you make a purchase you will be tracked and your cashback added to your account. all this is done in a blink of an eye, so is invisible to the user, and you should never miss the opportunity to earn cashback again.

This will display the logo of the Featured Charity on Cashback Rewards.

Opening this and clicking the logo will take you straight to that Charities page on Cashback Rewards

The Logo is a link to the site.

Next to the logo is a dropdown menu, that gives you a number of useful tools, here is also where you will set the Autofill options

The dropdown menu consists of:

1) link to the main site
2) link to the forum
3) Set autofill options:- open this form to fill in your name and address options to be used with the autofill option when filling out forms on a web page.
4) Clear Cookies:- This option will clear all your browsers cookies
5) Clear Cache:- This option will clear all your browsers cache
6) Clear History:- This option will clear all your browsing history
7) Uninstall:- this option will uninstall the Toolbar (Not Recommended)

Before Installing the Cashback Toolbar please make sure your login settings are set to Remember Me, this is to ensure you receive your bonus points for installing the toolbar.

If you have not got your settings set to Remember Me, you will not get your points and an error will be displayed when the site tries to add the points, this is because the site will not know who to add the points to.

If you get this error don't worry it hasn't affected your toolbar installation in anyway this is only connected to adding points

Please Note: The IE toolbar does not install properly on Windows Media or Vista

This shows the amount of pending cashback in your account.

This also indicates if the amount has changed since last time the toolbar checked your account.

The lights will change according to the changes taken place they could be any of the following:-

1) Black - Indicates there has been no change since last checking
2) Red - Indicates that the amount has gone down (this could be because some pending cashback has cleared or a transaction has been reversed)
3) Green - indicates the amount has gone up, (new transactions have been added to your account)

This shows the amount of Cleared cashback in your account.

This also indicates if the amount has changed since last time the toolbar checked your account.

2) Red - Indicates that the amount has gone down (this could be because you have made a claim or very rare circumstances a transaction has been reversed)
3) Green - indicates the amount has gone up, (new pending cashback has cleared or bonus's have been added to your account)

This will show you if there have been any new unread forum posts posted on Cashback Rewards Forum
