the amount I had cleared has gone down by 40 p sometime today, does any one know why?

This is temporary, The first Surflash started to auto clear because of the length of time they had been pending, these will be cleared off when Chris gets paid for them at the end of the month.

i have jsut found this website by accident and just registered, i have just bought £65.00 pounds worth of stuff ffrom the joules website, how do i claim the cashback for it?

Did you use the link on this site to go to the joules shop? If you did it should be done automatically

Stephi - firstly - welcome to Cashback Rewards!

If you check Your Account (on LHS), this should show the transaction.
It will be pending until the retailer has confirmed the tranasaction for us.

Once it has been confirmed, it will be cleared on Your Account, and you will be able to claim your cashback!
