Chris I've just seen your message about the Ipsos Car Survey. I own a volkswagon and my boyfriend andAudi.

I was kicked out of the survey late on after they had this info and much more.

I feel scammed.

I think age of the car has something to do with it as well but they wouldnt be definate on that...

I have a feeling that they know what results they want to achieve at the end of the survey, and will only let people fitting that critirea complete the survey.

But on this one, I agree it does seem to be a bit unfair..

All I can say is be aware that this programme isnt as straight forward as it seems, and if you cant complete the survey there is nothing we can do about it...

Bit unfair after they get your name address and email address, then say you dont fit criteria, they should stop the survey at a point before getting so much personal details in my opinion

My feeling exactly, I certainly gave lots of detail, felt like I'd done a full survey and then... er sorry we dont wnat you.

I feel like they got all the info without paying up.

Chris is this the kind of site you want to promote here? Personally I think it stinks. I understand what you are saying but up until now have always trusted cashback-rewrads for having integrity.

Actualy Mizzame i want to take it off, infact i have done alreay, and got about 15 emails asking where it had gone and will we get it back.

so i have put it back on but tried to make people aware of what we think of it.

This thread is a good place for people to let every one know what to expect, please post here about your experiance with the IPSOS Car Survey

Hi

I did it yesterday, completed it and was joined up into the Ipsos Automotive Panel for further surveys. (Email received, so it should also track for the cashback).

I can only assume that, in addition to the usual demographic stuff, they're looking only for owners of specific models (not any Audi, for example, but an Audi 387GTiHD)?

that would make sence pigbin, but if that is the case they should state that, so poeple that dont own the models they are after dont wast their time..

that would mean a lot less disapointed people

Well done Pigbin, I hope you now get your cashback, I like Ipsos as a general survey site, in fact I've earnt a lot from them, just a shame they have let themselves down on the car panel survey

I'm a member of several survey panels including Ipsos and unfortunately this is how most of them work. The whole idea is that the first set of questions are screening questions and you have to answer the lot before you find out if you're eligible. This is intended to make it harder for those who try to cheat the sysgem to anticipate exactly what they are looking for.

I do loads of surveys too xrppzi my gripe here is that i honestly answered loads of questions (more than any screener I've ever seen) and then got booted out.
